Vendor Set Up Info

 We are just days away from the Sat Dec 3 and Sun Dec 4, 2022 Apopka Arts in the Park event. 
 
1.) SET UP Friday 3-8PM and/ or Saturday 7-8:30AM The park closes at 8PM. (There will be overnight security but you should still remove valuable items each night) 
 
2.) Vendors ENTER on Appy Ln at Gate 5. (You can use Renewal Church 2335 Appy Ln Apopka, FL as a general GPS point to get you in the vicinity of the Entry Point.) It will be up the road a bit and we will have signs and balloons at Gate 5 to help you locate it.
 
3.) I am attaching the alphabetical Vendor list. Find your name and SPACE ASSIGNMENT.
 
4.) Print out the attached MAP showing the traffic flow . Find your space on the map. Do NOT go against the flow. You can unload at your booth space from your vehicle. Be courteous and move your car to parking before setting up to relieve traffic jams.
 
5.) PARK in the field along the tree line.
 
6.) Bring a generator for back up if you need electricity. There will be no city staff on site if the breakers trip.
